Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) is a non-profit, member-owned health plan providing high-quality health care services, including primary care and specialty care to over 75,000 members living in and around Dane County, Wisconsin.  GHC-SCW also has expanded their regional network, partnering with heath systems in Columbia, Grant, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Lafayette or Sauk Counties.


GHC-SCW introduces GHC Care OnDemand - With this new telehealth platform, members can virtually access a doctor from their own home, office, or on-the-go, 24/7, 365. Board-certified doctors are available either by phone or secure video to help treat any non-emergency medical conditions. Visits are free for most members. Visit to learn more!

Together with CCHP is a health plan offering from Children’s Community Health Plan.  We are a Wisconsin-based health plan that has offered affordable health insurance to individuals and families in our community for more than a decade.  We have 130,00 members enrolled in our Medicaid plan, and in 2017 began offering health insurance coverage with our health plan- Together with CCHP. 

Together with CCHP offers members access to high-quality health care from a broad network of providers in the following counties: Brown, Calumet, Door, Kenosha, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Oconto, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington, Waukesha, and Winnebago.

Members can choose from eight different plan options for 2021.  Our plans cover the essential health benefits and a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our members.  In addition to a no-cost nurseline, health management programs, and member incentives, Together with CCHP is also offering new benefits for 2021.  Together with CCHP is offering a treatment cost calculator to help members understand what they will pay and what the plan will cover so they can plan for their health care.  Also in 2021, Together with CCHP will be covering select insulin medications at no extra charge to our members to help them manage their Diabetes.

Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin looks forward to partnering with the state’s enrollment assistors during 2020 Marketplace Open Enrollment, Nov. 1-Dec.15, 2020.

Molina serves residents in 29 counties in southeastern, northeastern and central Wisconsin. HealthConnect helps local families pay for health insurance premiums. This United Way of Dane County program is generously funded by UW Health and Quartz. HealthConnect is for people who live in Dane County and have an eligible Marketplace Health Plan. In 2019, more than $1.4 million in health insurance premiums were paid for 940 individuals and 82% of enrollees received preventative care. More information is available online at


United Way 211 is here to help our neighbors navigate tough issues. The network of social services is vast and complicated. By calling 211, people get connected with a specialist who can help navigate the system. United Way 211 is a free, confidential information and referral service that connects people to a variety of resources including financial assistance, food resources, housing search, addiction treatment, health care, mental health or heating and utilities assistance. 211 is available 24/7 and uses Language Line services and we are able to use interpreters fluent in over 240 languages.
