We are offering a special "Office Hours" round table session as a follow-up to our 2020 Enrollment Virtual Conference.

 

This is being offered for anyone who would like an opportunity to ask follow up questions in person or have a little more in-depth discussion about topics addressed or mentioned during the Enrollment Conference. The session will be hosted by Adam VanSpankeren, Covering Wisconsin's Navigator Program Manager and Shannon Drake Buhr, Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association's Patient Engagement Coordinator.

I did not receive the session link for the day, how do I get into the session?

A:

At the top of this page, under "Today's Session and Links", you will find the session link for the full day's sessions.

Q:

The session I am trying to join needs a password but I didn't see one listed, how do I join?

A:

Every session during the 2020 Wisconsin Enrollment Virtual Conference uses the same password of "2020"

Q:

I joined the session but can't hear the speakers, what do I do?

A:

Check that Webex is using the right speaker by selecting "Audio & Video" in the top menu, select "Speaker & Microphone Settings". Click the "speaker" drop down menu to select your correct audio device.

Q:

I joined today's session but want to watch it again, when will the recording be posted?

A:

The session recording, along with a PDF of the PowerPoint, will be posted at the end of each week of the conference.
